Who is this course for?

This course is designed for knowledge workers, professionals who are driven to succeed in their careers but might be feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work and life. Professionals who have a growth mindset and are committed to growth combined with personal well-being. 

It’s been designed by a former Google Learning specialist and packed with many best practices from most successful companies. You'll learn to master your focus, time, motivation, energy, and achieve peak performance.

Who are you? Why should I listen to you?

I'm Pascal Van Laere, a former Google learning and development lead and certified High Flow coach. I'll share the secrets of peak performance, I've learned from over 25 years at the world's top companies.

You absolutely do not have to listen to me, but my students consistently tell me how these skills have transformed their work and helped them achieve incredible results.

What will my employees learn in this course?

They'll learn the key skills and disciplines to become a peak performer and become the best version of themselves at work.  This course gives them the tools to master their focus, boost their motivation, and leverage their energy effectively, so they can perform and feel at their best!

This must be a time consuming course!?

Nope. The total program is composed of 3 building blocks, nicely spread over a period of half a year, so we maximise the impact. 

Elearning: This will take learners 30 min per week over a period of 6 weeks
Workshops: You can choose from 2 X 3h onsite workshops or 3 X 1.5h online, spread over 6 weeks.
Microlearning nudges: After the e-learning and workshops, learning is reinforced through 18 weeks of microlearning, with roughly one short activity per week.

E-earning? Really? Do learners actually engage?

Yes, learners actually engage in the e-learning since it is baked into the design of the overall learning program. Learners need to go through the elearning modules before joining the workshops. 

On average, learners dedicate approximately 3 hours to e-learning modules over the course of the 6-week program.

How different are the workshops from the e-learning program? 

Workshops are meant for learners to practice the skills they learned in the elearning program.  
During these workshops we are mainly focusing on some of the most necessary skills to succeed at work: How to lead highly efficient meetings and how to set ambitious but realistic goals.

We are totally open to discuss any other needs you might have!

Most B-T-B courses are like +1000€ per person. What's the deal?

My mission is to empower professionals to reach their full potential. I'm sharing the secrets to success that I wish I had known earlier in my career, and I'm committed to making this program affordable for everyone who's eager to learn.

What's the difference between this course and those more expensive options?

This isn't a Hollywood production filmed in some exotic location. It's just me, right here in my Brussels office, sharing practical strategies that have worked for me and countless others. No fancy gimmicks, just real-world advice to help you succeed.

How quickly can this course impact learners?

The more time they put in, the faster they'll see results! If they actively apply the strategies in this course, they can expect to gain real traction almost from day 1 and surely within 2-3 months. Of course, results depend on their effort and commitment.

If they apply absolutely nothing, they won’t see any results.

How long will employees get access to the Elearning platform?

They will get access for 1 year, starting from the day you enrol in the course.
